You can book in three ways: send us a WhatsApp message with your date, pickup, dropoff and number of passengers; complete the quote form on this site; or email concierge@limozurich.com. Most reservations are confirmed within 15 minutes during Zürich daytime hours.
For airport transfers we recommend at least 12 hours in advance. For weddings, galas, multi-day mandates and ski transfers in peak season, we recommend booking 1–4 weeks ahead so we can reserve the right vehicle and chauffeur for you.
Yes. Same-day and within-the-hour bookings are accepted whenever a vehicle is available. The fastest route is WhatsApp — we treat last-minute requests as a priority and reply within minutes.
We accept Twint, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer in CHF or EUR. Corporate clients can be set up on a monthly invoice with net-30 terms.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup are billed at 50%. No-shows and cancellations after the chauffeur has departed are billed in full.
All transfers are quoted at a fixed all-inclusive price in writing before you book. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no surprise surcharges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Every quote includes the chauffeur, fuel, all tolls and vignettes, complimentary still and sparkling water, Wi-Fi, phone and laptop chargers, child seats on request, and 60 minutes of free waiting time at airports (15 minutes elsewhere).
No. Our published rates apply 24/7, including nights, weekends and Swiss public holidays. There are no peak-hour or surge multipliers.
Gratuity is never expected and never added to your invoice. If you would like to thank your chauffeur personally, it is of course welcome but entirely at your discretion.
Yes. Companies booking more than 8 transfers per month qualify for negotiated rates and a dedicated account manager. Contact concierge@limozurich.com to set up a corporate account.
Our fleet is exclusively Mercedes-Benz: S-Class and Maybach S-Class for first-class travel, E-Class and EQS for business, V-Class and EQV for groups up to 7, and GLS plus Sprinter VIP for larger parties. Every vehicle is less than 3 years old and serviced exclusively by Mercedes-Benz Switzerland.
Absolutely. On the /fleet page you can browse each model and request it directly via WhatsApp. Specific-model requests are guaranteed when booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Yes. The all-electric Mercedes EQS (sedan) and EQV (van) are available on request at no surcharge. They are ideal for clients with sustainability mandates or who simply prefer the silent ride.
S-Class and E-Class: 3 passengers, 3 large cases. V-Class and EQV: 6–7 passengers, 7 large cases. GLS: 4 passengers, 5 cases. Sprinter VIP: up to 12 passengers with a separate luggage compartment. Always tell us your luggage details so we can size the vehicle correctly.
Yes — infant carriers, toddler seats and booster seats are provided free of charge. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking so we install the correct seat.
For arrivals, your chauffeur waits airside in the public meeting area on Arrival Level 1 with a discreet name sign. For premium VIP service we can arrange jetway pickup in coordination with airport handling agents.
We track every flight in real time using its number and adjust the pickup automatically — at no extra cost. You get 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual touchdown time on inbound flights.
Yes. Beyond Zürich (ZRH), we operate regular transfers to and from Basel (BSL/EAP), Bern (BRN), Geneva (GVA), Friedrichshafen (FDH), Milan Malpensa (MXP) and the private terminals at Dübendorf, Samedan and Lugano-Agno.
Yes. We operate daily at Zürich's general aviation terminal (ExecuJet, Jet Aviation) and at Dübendorf, Samedan-St. Moritz and Lugano. We coordinate directly with your handling agent or flight crew for ramp-side pickup where permitted.
Every chauffeur is permanently employed by Zurich Logistik, holds a Swiss professional passenger transport licence (121 OAV), and has a minimum of 5 years of high-end chauffeur experience. All are background-checked and bound by a strict NDA — what is said in the car stays in the car.
All chauffeurs are fluent in English and German. On request we provide chauffeurs fluent in French, Italian, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or Portuguese — please specify when booking.
Standard attire is a dark Brioni suit, white shirt, discreet silver tie and polished black Oxfords. For weddings and black-tie events the chauffeur wears a tuxedo at no additional cost.
Yes. For multi-day mandates, roadshows and VIP visits we assign one dedicated chauffeur (with a backup on standby) so you have continuity, familiarity and a single point of contact for the whole stay.
We cover all of Switzerland and operate cross-border transfers to Liechtenstein, Germany, France, Italy and Austria. Popular destinations include Davos, St. Moritz, Zermatt, Gstaad, Verbier, Lucerne, Lugano, Milan, Munich, Como, Strasbourg and Stuttgart.
Yes. Our as-directed hourly mandates start at a 3-hour minimum and are ideal for shopping on Bahnhofstrasse, business meetings across the city, or full-day city tours of Zürich and the lake region.
Yes — WEF week in January is one of our busiest periods. We pre-position fleet in Davos and Klosters and accept WEF bookings from October onwards. Slots fill quickly, so early booking is essential.
